Is it me or did the first month of the year just pass us in the blink of an eye? As we start the shortest month of the year we also celebrate Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year. The celebration beginning Feb 1st and lasts 16 days and is celebrated around the world. 2022 is the year of the Tiger in the Chinese Zodiac.
